Monaco Jewelers provides a one-year limited service warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in the dial, hands and movement under normal use. This is separate from a manufacturer warranty.

Proof of purchase is required. Water damage, normal wear, cosmetic damage and many external components are excluded. Unauthorized service or alterations void the warranty.

Shipping & returns

For a limited time, free shipping with full insurance coverage is available to the continental U.S.: UPS Next Day Air on orders above $2,000 and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders below $2,000. Contact the store to confirm the service for an order of exactly $2,000. The order cutoff is 3:00pm Pacific time, with Tuesday–Friday dispatch excluding UPS holidays. Saturday delivery is not included in this estimate. Payment/address verification and processing must be complete by cutoff for the estimated dispatch date; special holiday pickup arrangements must be confirmed with the store. Shipping methods and estimated arrival are provided at checkout or before shipment; Monaco Jewelers may change the carrier when needed for safe delivery.

Processing and delivery can be delayed by payment or address verification, fraud and security checks, bracelet sizing, engraving or custom work, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside the store's control. Estimates are not guaranteed unless the store agrees in writing.

Shipping is limited to verified addresses the store can serve. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, mail drops and other addresses with elevated security risk may be refused. An adult signature may be required.

Orders over $15,000 require wire transfer according to the product page. Confirm the final total and accepted payment method directly with the store.

Eligible returns must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery, with prior authorization and in original, unworn condition. Return shipping and full-value insurance are paid by the customer. Exclusions and inspection requirements apply.
