Monaco Jewelers provides a one-year limited service warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in the dial, hands and movement under normal use. This is separate from a manufacturer warranty.

Proof of purchase is required. Water damage, normal wear, cosmetic damage and many external components are excluded. Unauthorized service or alterations void the warranty.

Shipping & returns

For a limited time, free shipping with full insurance coverage is available to the continental U.S.: UPS Next Day Air on orders above $2,000 and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders below $2,000. Contact the store to confirm the service for an order of exactly $2,000. The order cutoff is 3:00pm Pacific time, with Tuesday–Friday dispatch excluding UPS holidays.
