ONE-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY

Monaco Jewelers stands behind the watches we sell. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, watches purchased from Monaco Jewelers include a one (1) year limited service warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE OF WATCHES

During the warranty period, Monaco Jewelers will cover defects in materials or workmanship affecting the following components under normal use:

• Dial
  
• Hands
• Movement

If a covered component is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Monaco Jewelers will, at its discretion, repair the watch or provide an appropriate replacement without charge for the covered repair.

Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order number, is required for warranty service.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Batteries
• Watch cases
• Crystals
• Bezels
• Crowns
• Straps, bands, or bracelets
• Clasps or buckles
• Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration
• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Water or moisture damage
• Damage resulting from improper care or storage
• Loss, theft, or damage caused by outside circumstances

WATER RESISTANCE

Unless specifically stated in writing at the time of purchase, water resistance is not guaranteed. Water resistance can diminish over time due to aging seals, gaskets, crowns, crystals, or previous servicing.

We recommend having the watch professionally pressure-tested before exposing it to water.

UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS

This warranty will be void if the watch has been opened, repaired, serviced, modified, or altered by any person or service center not authorized by Monaco Jewelers during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, negligence, accidents, or any condition unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.
